Role and Responsibilities

  • Assisting with the production and dispatch of client reporting and ongoing communications to advisers and investors
  • Help project manage the delivery of the periodic client reporting cycle
  • Work closely with various internal teams who help produce the required Investor communications.
  • Assisting with the creation of distribution lists for reporting
  • Archiving advisor & Investor correspondence on CRM & the internal folder structure
  • Help respond to queries coming into the Investor Relations shared inbox
  • Providing valuations to the estate of a deceased investor to be used for probate purposes
  • Ensuring the Data & Reporting Sheets for the team are updated
  • Keeping the CRM & Websites up to date with current valuation information
  • Updating Computershare Registrar with shareholder information
  • Assisting general Investor Relations & Marketing when required
In order to be considered for this position, suitable applicants
MUST possess:

  • Client Reporting experience
  • Experience of using a CRM database
  • Excel and data management skills
