Role and Responsibilities
- Assisting with the production and dispatch of client reporting and ongoing communications to advisers and investors
- Help project manage the delivery of the periodic client reporting cycle
- Work closely with various internal teams who help produce the required Investor communications.
- Assisting with the creation of distribution lists for reporting
- Archiving advisor & Investor correspondence on CRM & the internal folder structure
- Help respond to queries coming into the Investor Relations shared inbox
- Providing valuations to the estate of a deceased investor to be used for probate purposes
- Ensuring the Data & Reporting Sheets for the team are updated
- Keeping the CRM & Websites up to date with current valuation information
- Updating Computershare Registrar with shareholder information
- Assisting general Investor Relations & Marketing when required
MUST possess:
- Client Reporting experience
- Experience of using a CRM database
- Excel and data management skills
