We are looking for a Operations Supervisor - (SQE Assessments - Events) to join our team


The purpose of this role is to provide efficient and operational expertise, you will help us to deliver SQE assessments, ensuring that the high standards expected of our assessments are maintained in preparation and delivery of the SQE 2 Oral Assessments.


This is an excellent opportunity for a Event coordinator or supervisor who is looking to expand their skills and build their career with an industry leader.

About You
You'll be a superb organiser and confident in dealing with other people.

We'll also need you to have:

  • Strong operational experience, including managing individuals
  • Experience in overseeing business administration
  • Strong organisational and planning skills
  • Confidence in communicating with others, both in writing and verbally
  • Experience in working in an events role
  • Ability to work to a high level of accuracy. Attention to detail is essential
  • A good working knowledge of excel (or Google Sheets)
  • Knowledge of working with the Google Suite is desirable but not essential
  • Ability to work independently and also as part of a team
  • Note: this role is a hybrid position with approximately 60% of your time based in our office and 40% of your time at your home. You will also be required to travel and spend time away from home during our assessments, which are approximately 4 times per year.

Shortlisted applicants will be asked to attend a 1st stage online interview, if you are successful, you will be asked to attend a 2nd stage face to face interview at our Kaplan offices.

You will also be asked to undertake a written assessment as part of the 2nd stage interview.
