Description
We are looking for a full time, permanent Customer Services Advisor for an immediate start to join our team in our offices based just outside Brackley.
Responsibilities include:
- High Level Customer Service
- Handling Incoming Calls & Queries
- Processing Survey Reports
- Booking Deliveries
- Liaising with Technicians / Engineers / Third parties ensuring smooth organisation and running of deliveries and installations
- Organising and Issuing Customer quotes
- Customer Complaints
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to effectively communicate detailed information to customers
- Ability to work in a fastpaced environment while maintaining a high level of accuracy and attention to detail
- Be efficient, organised and able to multitask
- Previous similar experience an advantage but full training will be given
Salary:
From £24,000.00 per year
