Customer Services Representative
Salary:
£21,000 to £23,000 depending on experience.
Hours - 9am till 5pm - 35 hour week
- Monday to Friday
Duties/Responsibilities:
- First point of customer contact.
- Assigned key account support
- Creating system quotations/follow ups
- Processing customer sales orders
- Dealing with daytoday customer enquiries
- Completing progressing/backorder reports
- Running and actioning forward order reports
- Conducting customer feedback surveys
- Producing reports and key account analysis
- Manage special pricing
