Customer Services Representative

Salary:
£21,000 to £23,000 depending on experience.

Hours - 9am till 5pm - 35 hour week
  • Monday to Friday

Duties/Responsibilities:


  • First point of customer contact.
  • Assigned key account support
  • Creating system quotations/follow ups
  • Processing customer sales orders
  • Dealing with daytoday customer enquiries
  • Completing progressing/backorder reports
  • Running and actioning forward order reports
  • Conducting customer feedback surveys
  • Producing reports and key account analysis
  • Manage special pricing

Job Types:
Full-time, Permanent


Salary:
£21,000.00-£23,000.00 per year
