We work with customers including LUFC, Sheffield University and City of York Council.


We now have an excellent opportunity for an experienced and motivated
Engineering Scheduler, with a minimum of 2 years' experience, to join the fast-paced team in Leeds.


The position:


  • Permanent, fulltime
  • 40 hours per week

Main duties:


  • To answer and handle internal and external phone calls
  • To audit completed engineer jobs and determine their cost prior to generating the invoices
  • To manage all outstanding small works, ensuring they are prioritised and carried out within a suitable timeframe
  • To liaise with engineers, as required, and to help them work efficiently
  • To schedule and issue engineering jobs on a daily basis
  • To track all service jobs on the engineer's PDA's
  • To carry out service desk administration duties
  • Have at least 2 years experience in a similar role
  • Experience with CASH or similar systems is desirable
  • Have experience with scheduling and planning staff workload
  • Have excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Have strong customer service skills
  • Have good teamwork skills
  • Have advanced IT skills, including Word and Excel
  • Technical knowledge of CCTV, intruder alarms and access control systems is desirable
