Senior Financial Analyst
Harrogate

£30,000 - £35,000

The role is offering an exciting mixture between finance and reporting, this is a perfect opportunity to progress career in Finance and work within a global organization.

The role will drive the Team in providing high quality analysis and business requirementsand helping to drive the business's overall management and strategy.

Duties:

Participate in preparation/monitoring of budget and forecast
Involvement in projects/analysis as requested by local top management
Monthly reporting submission to strict deadlines
Track the headcount and payroll costs, ensure correct coding between HR team
Participate in preparing the quarterly presentation from the local top management to EMEA
Process Sales incentives including maintaining commission plans, processing quarterly calculations, addressing business queries
Margin analysis and reporting
Preparation and balance sheet reconciliation post month end
Assist with the month end postings and ensure that financial statements are accurate
Identify ways to improve processes and enable the team to work more efficiently

Specification

Part Qualified (CIMA, ACCA) or AAT qualified
2 years minimum experience in a finance
Strong Excel and analytical skills

The company's standard hours of work are 9.00am pm with one hour for lunch, however due to the nature of this role flexibility will be required in order to meet the needs of the role.

This role would required 3 days a week in the office allowing 2days flexible location.
