This acquisitive business in Boroughbridge is looking for someone to lead their finance function and act as a key finance business partner to help drive profitability for the business.

In this commercially-focused Financial Controller role, you'll be given the autonomy to add value and make improvements with full support from the board.

Day to day, you'll be working closely with the senior leadership team and managing 2 transactional staff so there will be lots of variety.

With that in mind, you must still enjoy rolling your sleeves up and getting involved in the monthly management accounts,year-end accounts preparation and cash flow management.

You'll also spent a large proportion of your time working with the operations team, helping them to make sense of the numbers and developing efficient processes and systems.
