What You'll Do:


IMG is searching for a talented and experienced Production Coordinator to join our expanding Branded Content department on a 12-month fixed-term contract, based at Chiswick Park.


This is an opportunity to play a crucial role in our exciting production management team in organising shoots, coordinating post-production bookings, and keeping on top of cost trackers and expenses.

We would also love this role to get involved with both the Creative and Production teams, so having a familiarity with social trends and having an enjoyment of consuming content of all kinds would be great.

Travel to events may be required, and a love of sports would be a tremendous asset.

This is a varied role that will allow you to learn and grow as you assist the team.

You may need to work across multiple programmes and events simultaneously, so the ability to multitask and keep a cool head under pressure is a must.

Whatever the job, you'll bring a positive attitude, a respectful demeanour, and tonnes of enthusiasm to every task.

Key Responsibilities Include But Not Limited To:

  • Produce call sheets and risk assessments for all shoots
  • Plan and book worldwide travel and accommodation for production staff and freelancers (including carnets and visas for international travel)
  • Coordinate the booking of edit suites, editors, and feeds
  • Update costs in budgets on behalf of PMs, Producer
  • Raise, manage and reconcile expenses. Process POs and invoices
  • Clear any archive material as required in conjunction with the Research and Rights team
  • Ensure production paperwork is completed and filed appropriately
  • Independently produce and manage smaller projects and production budgets
  • Conduct location research and talent searches for shoots
  • Contribute to ideation with the Creative and Production teams
  • Offer hands-on support on set
  • Requirement to occasionally work at Stockley Park office

You Will Have The Following Strengths:

  • Proven experience as a Production Assistant or Production Coordinator
  • Experience with managing complex and fluid production schedules
  • Experience working in the broadcast television industry and/or on branded content projects
  • Experience and full understanding of pre-production, production, and post-production processes
  • Experience raising purchase orders, raising payment forms for invoices, and expenses
  • Considerable experience producing call sheets, organising shoots post-Covid and completing post-production paperwork
