Quy Mill is a 51 bed privately owned and operated hotel set in extensive grounds is looking to recruit a Senior Receptionist with at least 5 years' experience in the hospitality field.

The applicants should have extensive knowledge of the nuances of customer service and should ensure that every visitor feels welcomed and valued.

Exceptional organisational skills will be required with effective, clear, courteous and concise communication so the operation runs seamlessly. Experience of ResDiary preferred.

You will be expected to problem solve with a smile and be adept at solving issues swiftly ensuring a positive experience for clients & colleagues.

As a professional you will be tech savvy and able to embrace office technology found in the modern workplace.

You will present yourself impeccably and with a keen eye for detail, you will enhance the business professional image and overall efficiency.

Quy Mill offers free parking, meals on duty, subsidised leisure facilities, pension scheme, subsidised accommodation bookings.

We operate a shift pattern over 40 hour, 7 day per week.
