We're looking for a Customer Experience Specialist to join our team. We're looking for someone who is passionate about helping our customers and always willing to go that extra mile to make our customers smile


Responsibilities:


  • Work with other departments to identify customers to send personalised gifts to. e.g. Support, Marketing, Business Development.
  • Analyse data to identify customers to send personalised gifts to.
  • Build/strengthen customer relationships.
  • Improve the customer journey.
  • Handle customer complaints.
  • Help overcome customer objections and drive a positive resolution.
  • Gather/implement customer feedback.
  • Track, monitor, improve and report on customer retention metrics.
  • Deliver an overall excellent customer experience.
  • Stay uptodate with the latest Bitcoin and industry news.

Requirements:


  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong organisational and time management skills.
  • Strong attention to detail.
  • Ability to work in a fastpaced environment.
  • Ability to work as part of a team.
  • Friendly and positive, with a "cando" attitude.
  • A knowledge and understanding of Bitcoin would be a bonus
