Customer Service Administrator - Winnersh, United Kingdom - Huntress
Description
You will need excellent communication and organisational skills to be successful in this position, liaising with customers and engineers on a daily basis.
Responsibilities:
- Coordinating and scheduling appointments for engineers
- Entering and maintaining all data on the CRM system ensuring visibility throughout the team
- Collating and uploading documentation to relevant folders and portals
- Ensuring all feedback is communicated to the customers, keeping them updated and issuing any necessary documents
What we are looking for:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Solid organisational skills
- Ability to work under pressure and to deadlines
- Competent IT user, including previous experience using Excel
