Our success has seen the business grow over the years, laying down robust roots with suppliers and working closely with customers. From our manufacturing base in the UK, we now supply an extensive range of flavour ingredients to the food and beverage industries around the globe._
Continuing our company growth, we are currently looking for a new Naturally Fabulous team member to join the Lionel Hitchen family_
Data entry and maintenance of material, product, and regulatory information onto company software system
Provision of product information to customers through completion of basic questionnaires
Provision of LH specifications and statements in response to queries from external and internal customers
To assist in maintenance of Kosher and Halal certification and audits, ensuring supplier Kosher and Halal certificates are up to date and support in documentations record.
General administration of Technical Information, specifications, office support and record keeping for the department.
To actively contribute to the Company's World Class Manufacturing and continuous improvement culture throughout both sites and support departmental goals. Flexibility in approach is required to maintain internal customer satisfaction.

Essential criteria for this position are:

Graduate in Food Science and Nutrition or equivalent
High proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Word and Excel) and Adobe
Good organisational skills.
Ability to work independently and maintain accurate records.
Attention to detail.
Ability to communicate to all evels of the business and customers.
Understands department's key performance indicators, how to influence them and how to contribute to Company goals.

Salary:
£25,000.00-£28,000.00 per year
