Description

Under the direction of the Project Co-Ordinator in the School of Engineering, the post holder will support the efficient and effective implementation, coordination and maintenance of a number of Teaching, Learning and Student Experience (TLSE) projects and priorities across the School of Engineering.


Key projects could include for example:
Accreditation and student handbooks. Therefore, knowledge and experience of Teaching and Learning administration is desirable.


You will liaise with a variety of internal colleagues as well as external stakeholders, you will be responsible for coordination of meetings and events and undertake project support work under their direction.

You will work flexibly, taking responsibility for administration of activities for TLSE related projects and operational requirements.

You will be working in a dynamic and rapidly evolving environment and, as such, the range of duties etc. set out below is indicative and not prescriptive. You will be expected to show flexibility and adaptability in meeting the developing needs of the School.

A proactive, positive and energetic approach is important as is the ability to establish a good rapport with all stakeholders.
