The role:


What you'll do:


  • Act as the communication point for queries in the Satellite.
  • Maintenance of legality of SAP with regards to aircraft airworthiness
  • Compliance monitoring of maintenance data
  • Creation and updating of all relevant historical records as required by Engineering processes.
  • General staff and satellite support administration
  • Activities of a Fleet Support Administrator, as directed by Area Manager

What you'll bring to British Airways:

  • Self-motivated and a self-starter.
  • Good influencing skills.
  • Good problem solver.
  • Effective written and oral communication skills.
  • Ability to plan and organise.
  • Experience (On the job)
  • Good knowledge of Engineering processes & Policies.
  • Experience of dealing with colleagues at all levels.
  • SAP HR module
  • Working to deadlines.
  • Experience of dealing with confidential data

Your experience:


  • GCSE's or equivalent including English and maths
  • NVQ/BTEC or equivalent in Business Administration or computer studies desirable.
  • Ability to hold airside pass
  • Airside driving desirable
  • Microsoft Office knowledge
  • Knowledge of Airworthiness Compliance procedures
  • Knowledge of technical terms
