The Role Fortem Solutions are looking to recruit a Carpenter Multi to join our brand new contract based in Kent at our Town & Country branch. This role will predominantly cover Tunbridge Wells and the surrounding area.

The Project The role involves carrying out Carpentry maintenance to properties, ensuring all work is undertaken to a high standard with the minimum of supervision. A Multi-skilled Carpenter would also ideally be able to cover most aspects of property maintenance, especiallywith some experience with Plumbing, to enable you to complete all parts of a job rather than just your core trade, experience is essential. You will take ownership of work, aiming for 'First time Fix' on all jobs whilst remaining within budget and time parameters.

You will also operate within company Health and Safety guidelines and remain up to date with technical and legal requirements of your skill areas.

Typical work will comprise of day to day repairs/maintenance, renewal or refurbishment works to properties.

Essential Criteria
C&G Craft/Advanced Craft
Certificate in Carpentry & Joinery or
NVQ 2 in Carpentry & Joinery/Wood Occupations or the equivalent
Full UK Driving License
Desirable Qualifications
CSCS H&S Operative Test
Certificate + CSCS Blue Card
Past experience in a Responsive repairs role
