Conrad Consulting are currently recruiting for a Building Surveyor Team Manager based in Bristol. Interested? Read on for further information.

The Senior Building Surveyor will be responsible for:

  • Assisting with Managing and Leading one of the Building Surveying teams, being directly responsible for around 5 members of staff, with the view to growing the team
  • Assisting younger Surveyors with their APC Pathways
  • Carrying out Building Surveys, including Condition Surveys and PPM Schedules
  • Preparing schedules of Dilapidations
  • Advising on Design, Construction, Maintenance, Repair and Refurbishment of all types of public and private sector buildings
  • Manage existing and grow new relationships with clients and stakeholders
The requirements of the Senior Building Surveyor

  • MRICS Qualified
  • Relevant Degree Qualified (RICS Accredited)
  • Extensive experience in a consultancy
  • Experience of managing teams of Surveyors
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
