Description
We are currently looking for a QA Officer to join a leading Bio-pharmaceutical company based in the Scotland area. As the QA Officer you will be responsible for;

KEY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Your duties as the QA Officer will be varied however the key duties and responsibilities are as follows:

  • Carrying out audits for various stakeholders such as suppliers and subcontractors, this has to be in accordance with GLP and GMP standards.
  • Provide Quality approval of SOPs, equipment validation and supporting documentation.
  • Provide support in the training of all new and existing staff, this includes different areas such as scientists working in regulatory areas.
  • Carrying out improvement and implementation of the QMS. Responsible for change controls, deviations, CAPAs and validation.

ROLE REQUIREMENTS:

  • Relevant degree in a Biological environment.
  • Proven industry experience in Quality Assurance position.
  • A working knowledge and practical experience with GLP and GMP.
