Graduate Trainee Recruiter /Resourcer**
Location Northampton NN5

Salary £20,000 plus commission

Ideally, you will have a degree or above in any discipline from a top university. You also need to be able to prove ambition and a great work ethic. This can usually be verified by previous work experiences/ part-time positions throughout education.

Strong extracurriculars, a positive attitude and amazing communication skills are a must too. This role is heavily focused on building rapport, relationships, and networking.

(The right to work in the UK is also essential)
