Introduction
We are seeking high-performing, passionate and enthusiastic Customer Service Advisors to join us on our journey of growth and expansion into the European market.
Our English line service hours are Monday to Friday 7am to 10pm and you will work a 7.5 hour shift within these times each day.
Salary:
£23,000
Key Roles and Responsibilities
- Handle customer problems with empathy and patience in a goaldriven environment;
- Work as part of a highperforming team, supporting and helping colleagues when required;
- Attend regular team huddles;
- Keep uptodate with latest promotions and initiatives;
- Read, understand and follow the Company Policies and Procedures;
- Assist in ad hoc assigned projects.
Qualifications
- At least 1 year of call centre work experience is mandatory;
- Strong communication skills, must be fluent in English both written and spoken;
- Proficient typing abilities;
- Sound troubleshooting and problemsolving skills with a strong desire to achieve positive outcomes;
- Ability to listen and build rapport quickly;
- Enthusiastic yet conscientious and diligent approach to work;
- Completerfinisher with a good attention to detail.
