Behaviour Buddies" work on a full or half day basis, and will challenge and motivate pupils, reinforcing self-esteem and providing pastoral support. This contributes to raising achievement and attendance, to ensure schools meet their attendancetargets.
- £70 - £85 a day.

We are looking for "Behaviour Buddies" in the
BB11area.
All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.

Implement positive behaviour management.
Work well with the classroom teacher.
Will have experience supporting pupils with SEN.
Confidently adjust approach to changes in behaviour with SEN pupils.
Show a positive attitude.
Be reliable.
Understand and follow safeguarding procedures.
