Level 1/2 Technician key responsibilities:

• Diagnose faults
• Customer service and Portal management
• Screen Replacement Ipads and iphones
• Opening and closing duties
• Laptop Repair
• Apple Repair
• Sales

Level 1/2 Technician Key Skills, Knowledge and Experience:

• Ability to multi-task
• Excellent attention to detail
• Customer service
• Well spoken English

Required experience:

• We are looking for level 1/2 technicians for either Mobile Phones and/or Laptops & PC's Repairs
• Very well spoken English Language (Medium to advanced level only)
• Must be able to work weekends
• Great Customer Service skills

Job Types:
Full-time, Contract, Permanent


Pay:
£90.00-£125.00 per day
