Do you have a strong track in change management, project delivery or meeting sales targets? Our client is currently looking for an ambitious Senior Account Manager to drive account growth and deliver best-in-class service.


The company


Our client's platform aims to lead change in hospitals and healthcare systems and provide a world-class experience to every one of their 17+ million patients.

Their technology focuses on a remote-first healthcare system, which promises to meet the demandin the current climate without sacrificing care quality.

They are on an exciting growth trajectory, scaling up from 44 NHS Trusts and focusing on a system which works for everyone.


The role


As a Senior Account Manager, you'll actively manage the sales cycle for existing accounts across Wales as well as work closely with the sales and marketing team to generate new leads.


  • Responsibilities include:_
  • Analysing and presenting data to clients every quarter
  • Achieving and maintaining high levels of satisfaction among stakeholders
  • Completing full contract management, renewals, change notices, risk mitigation and escalation
  • Providing internal forecasting reports on key customer metrics
  • Presenting the benefits and values delivered by our client's product portfolio

The requirements

  • You will have demonstrable experience within the NHS, ideally in a digital capacity, as well as _
  • 35 years of experience as an Account Manager or Success Manager with a focus on upselling
  • Understanding of the NHS and SaaS
  • A track record in change management, project delivery or meeting sales targets
  • Ability to simplify a complex set of problems
  • Ability to structure the right solution for our client's customers
  • Excels in a highgrowth, fastpaced, agile environment
  • Passionate about our client's mission
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Comfortable in a majority remote role
