My client is a large not-for-profit organisation based in the London area seeking an interim Financial Controller to join their already well-established team on an initial 4-month temporary basis with a strong potential to go beyond that.


The main responsibilities of the interim Financial Controller are:

  • Responsible for the production of monthly management accounts and supporting insightful analysis to be presented to budget holders/ stakeholders.
  • Manage a team of 4 finance professionals.
  • Leading on monthend and responsible for statutory accounts.
  • Quarterly VAT returns.

My client is looking for:


  • Previous experience in managing a team of two or more.
  • Strong experience within management accounts and statutory accounts.
  • Experience in producing and manipulating data in excel.
  • Someone to hit the ground running and is used to working quickly on their feet.
