Englefield is a popular, inclusive and welcoming village school in a beautiful rural location.


We are looking for a caring and enthusiastic Teaching Assistant to work as part of the KS1 team, 32.5 hrs per week Mon-Fri, , term time only.


This is initially a fixed term appointment from Sept 2023 until the end of the academic year.
The role involves working with individuals and small groups, providing pastoral care and supporting learning across the curriculum.

  • High expectations of learning, achievement and behaviour
  • Is passionate about every child being able to flourish and achieve their full potential
  • Key Stage 1 experience, preferably with experience of supporting children with a variety of needs
  • Is flexible and can work well in a small team
  • A willingness to understand and support the Christian vision and values of our school
