Qualifications:

Engage collaboratively with clients to help them structure their thought process and identify their cyber security requirements, challenges, opportunities, and aspirations for their organisations. Employ techniques such as business analysis, workshops, stakeholder interviews, and critical thinking to facilitate this process.
Work closely with clients in joint teams to transition to new business models and work methods. Assist clients in shaping and effectively communicating their strategies and plans to secure buyin and support.
Contribute to team efforts in resolving common cybersecurity issues and aid clients in shaping and effectively communicating their cybersecurity strategies.
Experience of delivering results and managing relationships across Consumer, Manufacturing and Industrial clients, including implementation and benefits realisation across multiple business units and stakeholders
Genuine interest in new technology, digitisation and cyber security and how it can help organisations achieve their goals
Developed interpersonal and stakeholder engagement skills at multiple levels and good network across consumer, manufacturing and industrial leaders
Trusted and respected team player with the ability to work in and contribute to a highly effective team that delivers client outcomes and develops the team and individuals
Have a comprehensive understanding of cybersecurity across people, processes, and technology, including how cybersecurity aligns with broader business objectives and culture.
Engage in business development activities, including developing proposals, creating visually appealing and businessoriented materials, and effectively positioning cyber security as an enabler of wider business objectives.
Demonstrate capabilities in managing project delivery, leveraging your wellrounded cybersecurity knowledge, in project and team management and ability to see a wider initiative from an initial scope or issue.
Approach problemsolving with a consulting mindset, skilfully organising diverse inputs into cohesive narratives. Demonstrate the ability to frame technical issues within a structured approach or framework, translating technical knowledge into actionable insights relevant to the business.

Desirable skills & experience

Experience of Digital Trust & Cyber Security consulting
Experience of IT / Technical programme delivery in consumer, manufacturing, or industrial sectors
Experience of developing appealing proposals, other business development materials and developing opportunities in the client base and the network
Cyber Security accreditations / qualifications
Knowledge of current technology and challenges
Sector experience in consumer manufacturing or industrial
