Description
We are excited to welcome applicants to join our new Living Well teams across the City of Manchester.

Living Well is a new service, co-designed by people with lived experience and key partners, designed to bridge the gap between existing primary and secondary care services.

Working in partnership with GMMH and VCSE organisations it will offer a service which is trauma informed, holistic, person led and community based.

We are committed to doing things differently and trying new things.

Our values for Living Well in Manchester are:

  • Wholeheartedly Working Together

Really being in the room:
welcoming and appreciating one another; sharing our skills, talents, experience, knowledge, networks and providing constructive feedback

  • The Desire to Understand
Seeking to listen, encouraging dialogue, being open to diverse voices and perspectives: deliberately going outside of/away from the status quo in search of insight

  • People & Places
Finding ways to unlock the considerable potential of individuals, communities and organisations across our city to make services and the system better

  • Opportunistic Bravery
Seizing chances as they arise to try things, learn lessons and generate fresh ideas: we will not let this opportunity slip through our fingers

If this sounds like you, we would love to hear from you

This advert is for two experienced administrators who wants to try a new way of working.

We have two posts available and these will sit within the Living Well SuperHub which covers the City of Manchester.

We are especially keen to welcome applicants with lived experience to this post.
