Digital Transformation Consultant

Starting early February 2023

Reed Professional Services is a Management Consultancy, technology services and outsourcing company specialising in IT, financial services and associated sectors.

We specialise in partnership solutions, people skills and providing stability giving our clientsa powerful solution and focused approach.

We're currently working with a pharmaceuticals company that is looking for some support with a scoping and discovery piece for their upcoming digital transformation projects and are in need of a consultant to put together their strategy.

Based in Cardiff this will only be a role for 2 weeks initially with scope for their to be more work once the projects are confirmed.

As it is a scoping piece the consultant will be required to attend the office for a minimum of 2 days or as required withinthis two week period in order to get all the information they need from the business to put the strategy together.

The client is looking for someone with a strong background in pharmaceuticals and digital transformation and is hoping to get started in early February 2023.

Essential requirements listed below;

Experience of creating and planning strategic roadmaps for future digitalisation projects
Need to be able to review current landscape (some projects already in flight, and some planned)
Plans to digitise as many services and processes as possible
Strategic prioritisation, business cases justifications, and planning required to build Strategic Digital Roadmap
Pharma background ideal
Required to carry out an initial 2week Discovery/Planning project, to map out followon required work
Client based in Cardiff and will require a hybrid mix of onsite and remote.
