Job description - Care Coordinator
- Livingston
The Care Co-ordinator is responsible for the effective management and supervision of Care workers and supporting the Service Manager to ensure the branch is providing an excellent provision of service to our clients and colleagues daily.
Ensuring compliance with national minimum standards of care and using effective rostering to fully utilise staff hours and drive employee engagement.
- To ensure effective day to day running of homecare service delivered to all clients without fail by ensuring all shifts are covered, willing to cover care calls where required.
- Develop and maintain good communication records for the client, service users, staff and colleagues
- Collate data and maintain staff and service user files, ensuring confidentiality.
- Training as required
- Agreed mileage payments
- Criminal record check (PVG) cost refunded after initial period
- Driver's License (a must)

£23,000.00-£24,000.00 per year
