We are a specialist Data and Digital Transformation consultancy focused on supporting our clients in successfully delivering on their digital transformation programmes.
Our aim is to ensure we deliver value from our client's data using innovative approaches that improve their data capabilities, analytics and data governance.
The Role
As a Service Designer, you will be astute in your ability to build best in class, user-centric services, utilising your experience to define the service solution and supporting the projects at all stages to create and launch it.
You'll work closely with our Service Owners, utilising cloud-based, data-driven practices to provide services that will deliver against our mission.
Remote working 3 days/week, working from client office 2 days/week. Travel to the client offices on an ad hoc basis.Key Responsibilities
Manage the quality of execution from the production team
Work with senior stakeholders to develop design concepts
Potentially have responsibility across complex products and services
Help set direction and embed good practice within teams
Make important decisions based on research and understand how this research impacts others
Conduct qualitative design research using ethnographic and participatory methods
Skills Required:
- Well conversant with Agile methodology
- Lead workshops
- Can create evidence and contextbased design
- Understand user needs and how users interact with the service
- Interpret user research
- Explain ideas, pros/cons to reach agreements
- Create of prototypes
- Identify improvements to the service
- Understand how the technology is used to deliver a service
