Do you have NHS sales experience? Our client is currently looking for a Business Development Manager to join their expanding sales team across the East of England and the Midlands.


The company


Our client's platform aims to lead change in hospitals and healthcare systems and provide a world-class experience to every one of their 17+ million patients.

Their technology focuses on a remote-first healthcare system, which promises to meet the demandin the current climate without sacrificing care quality.

They are on an exciting growth trajectory, scaling up from 44 NHS Trusts and focusing on a system which works for everyone.


The role


As a Business Development Manager, you will act as the face and engine of our client's portfolio, you will ensure that the business can continue to grow, deliver exceptional partnerships and ultimately 'close the deal'.

You will have an appreciation fora longer and more complex sales process and ensure that the patient experience is at the heart of everything you do.


  • Responsibilities include:_
  • Prospecting across multiple stages of the sales process
  • Pitching our client's product to multiple layers of seniority within the NHS
  • Building an exceptional understanding of the portfolio and how it adds value to every conversation
  • Updating the business on the progress of contracts
  • Meeting and exceeding monthly and annual KPIs
  • Liaising with all parts of the team to ensure effective implementation of our client's services

The requirements

  • You will be an experienced consultative seller, working with longer and more complex sales cycles, as well as _
  • Evidence of meeting and exceeding current and previous sales targets
  • Working knowledge of the NHS and SaaS
  • Ability to adapt your style to varying levels of people within the NHS
  • Already have some existing contacts within secondary care
  • Ability to structure the right solution for our client's customers
  • Excels in a highgrowth, fastpaced, agile environment
  • Passionate about our client's mission
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Comfortable working in a majority remote role
