My client is a leading RPO that focuses on the Automotive and Engineering sector - you will need to have had experience in recruiting in this sector. Please note this is a 3 month FTC very likely to go perm.

Accountabilities
- Manage a large portfolio of vacancies at varying job levels across a range of sectors, at different stages in the recruitment cycle
- Use data to justify decisions and provide advice at every opportunity (e.g. salary benchmarking, size of talent pools, size of market on LinkedIn
- Act as a brand advocate and ambassador for the Customer
- Understanding of business critical roles for the customer, working closely with the Resource Business Partners to further develop market awareness for resource planning
- Work collaboratively with my clients Support Team' to ensure an effective and efficient process is achieved throughout the recruitment cycle
- Be proactive with market data and information, offering recruitment solutions to Talent Acquisition and hiring community to assist with hiring decisions
- Contribute to developing service improvements where appropriate
- Participate in direct sourcing of talent to increase revenue stream
- Be an active participant in the resourcing team and look for ways to add value to the overall resourcing team's current processes
- Ensure the effective use of all inhouse technology platforms

- Ensure impartiality, diplomacy and discretion with the customer, and understand the sensitivities with confidential campaigns and the use of Non-Disclosure Agreements (NDAs)

Salary:
£40,000.00-£45,000.00 per year
Supplemental pay types:
