Tonic are recruiting for a Head Chef to join our client's Michelin starred kitchen in Birmingham.

The ideal Head Chef will have a natural passion for fresh food cooking and be committed to developing and growing their career.

The successful Head Chef willbe joining one of the best kitchens in the country.

Desirable qualities in Head Chef applicants at this level will include;

3 or more year's experience in a professional kitchen with AT LEAST THREE ROSETTES at Head Chef level
A team player who is comfortable supporting the senior team and holding the kitchen in their absence
A true passion for food, ingredients and current trends
Good knowledge of Health and Safety and Food Safety legislation
