Robertson Bell is working with a fantastic organisation to recruit an interim Payroll Officer role on an initial 6-month temporary basis, within a large and complex organisation.
The main responsibilities of the Interim Payroll Officer include:
- Processing payroll for 300 staff members.
- Enter and verify payroll data for compliance and accuracy.
- Manage all payroll queries from staff members, responding quickly and finding resolutions to solve queries efficiently, escalating any highlevel queries to the supervisor where needed.
- Ensure a highly professional customer service is provided to internal stakeholders
- A minimum of two years' experience in administering inhouse payroll.
- Able to manage multiple competing deadlines in a fastpaced environment.
- Brilliant customer service skills and ability to communicate effectively.
