About the role:

Coordinate and conduct interviews to ensure a steady pipeline of talent
Maintain accurate and uptodate records in internal systems
Provide administrative support to field Operations managers as needed
Ensure compliance with relevant legislation and company policies

About you:

Strong problemsolving skills, with the ability to perform under pressure
Exceptional multitasking abilities and the capacity to prioritize tasks effectively
SIA Clearance required (vetting conducted postsuccessful interview completion)
Willingness to embrace new challenges and opportunities for growth
Previous recruitment experience a nice to have
