Ability to deal with public, patients and clients and in difficult and/or stressful situations Possess a logical approach to labour utilisation and job prioritisation to ensure the safe and continuous delivery of services.

Ability to work in unpleasant environments and situations.

Flexible working will be required from time to time and the post holder may, on occasions, be asked to return to work to deal with emergency situations that may arise outside of normal working hours.
