What is the role?

  • Your contribution will directly support the team's ability to achieve business objectives,
    improving client engagement and retention.
  • Your role will focus on customer care, sales and lead generation working in tandem with the wider team.
  • You will also work within a team of 5 to help
    achieve wider departmental goals in a collaborative environment that
    promotes teamwork and offers a splitdeal structure.

Who is best suited to this role?

  • Preferably, you will have
    3 A levels (A-C) or equivalent. Graduates and school leavers welcome
  • You must have
    strong interpersonal skills and the ability to
    build strong relationships.
  • You must be a
    quick learner with
    strong attention to detail and a
    competent user of Microsoft Office.
  • You must have
    strong verbal and
    written communication skills, with a professional telephone manner.
  • You must be able to work both as
    part of a team and
    independently with excellent
    organisation skills and
    time management.
  • Ideally, you will have
    sales experience, but this is not essential
  • Experience in a
    customer/client facing role is preferred, but not essential.
  • Previous sporting or other
    competitive achievement would be preferred, but is not essential
  • Hamilton Barnes is
    unable to sponsor visas for applicants outside of the UK/EU.
