Are you a dynamic, results-driven professional with a passion for marketing?
Grundfos are looking for a Marketing Co-ordinator to support growing our Industrial business segment in UK and Ireland. Grundfos is a thriving and customer-centric company committed to delivering smarter and more efficient pumping technology. We are seeking an enthusiastic, motivated, and highly organised individual to join our team as an internal Marketing Co-ordinator.


The role will be based in our UK head office based in Leighton Buzzard, Bedfordshire, full time -37.5 hours, Monday-Friday.

There is currently the possibility for hybrid working with 2-3 days in the office.


What is the job about?


As the Marketing Coordinator your primary responsibility will be to support, and co-ordinate decided marketing activities to drive lead generation and sales in the UK and Ireland.

You will attract, engage, and convert customers in the upper and lower funnel (sales) activities.


Responsibilities include:

  • Execute the annual plan for marketing activities together with marketing team leader
  • Implement, follow up and ensure the marketing initiatives meet objectives within budget.
  • Create, deliver, edit, and optimise marketing material.
  • Work closely with vendors on new marketing material and proof reading.
  • Execute and support customer events/exhibitions, including shipping of demonstration material.
  • Purchase order creation and vendor management
  • Ensure alignment and efficient internal stakeholder management
  • Secure clear and consistent representation of Grundfos image, values, and key messages
- safeguarding Grundfos visual identity.


What do you need to apply?

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or communications.
  • Skilled in creating, editing, and optimizing marketing content, including knowledge of content marketing best practices.
  • Advances knowledge of the digital Marketing tools.
  • Project management skills to ensure marketing activities are executed on time and efficiently.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate within a international environment with multiple stakeholders.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team.


The role will involve collaboration with colleuges in the wider European Marketing team and therefor it is vital that you are open and willing to work with other teams and cultures.
