About the Role:


You will be part of the team that supports the CEF Finance Systems and Users in a fast paced and demanding environment, providing excellent customer service to internal colleagues.


Duties and responsibilities:


  • Issue Resolution: Ensure help desk calls are responded to promptly and effectively, troubleshoot and resolve userreported issues related to financial systems. Investigate root causes and implement corrective actions to prevent future occurrences whilst documenting the resolution.
  • Documentation: Create and maintain documentation, including user guides, standard operating procedures (SOPs).
  • Testing and Validation: Assist in testing new system functionalities, enhancements, or updates to ensure proper functionality and accuracy before deployment.

Essential Experience:


  • An understanding or interest of Accounting and IT
  • Usage of Microsoft programs
  • Excellent analytical and problemsolving skills, ensuring attention to detail and root cause problem solving
  • Highly organised and able to manage own time effectively to meet deadlines
  • Shows drive, energy and determination to achieve results
