Responsibilities:


  • Schedule planned preventive maintenance (PPM) and reactive works to the appropriately skilled engineers, ensuring compliance with contractual Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
  • Conduct regular analysis of the current PPM regime to identify trends and patterns, optimising the delivery of engineering resources.
  • Manage and resolve any jeopardy situations by coordinating with engineers and subcontractors, ensuring a minimum of 95% completion of all tasks or timely rescheduling.
  • Liaise with relevant parties, both internally and externally, to provide necessary updates and supporting documentation as required.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for scheduling queries from engineers and contract managers.
  • Ensure CAFM systems are always up to date and extract key information when requested.
  • Responsible for the 'On Call Rota,' ensuring the availability of engineers for outofhours works across various disciplines.
  • Perform general administrative duties in accordance with departmental policies and procedures.

Qualifications and Experience:


  • Previous experience in a similar role is essential.
  • Customer service experience, either facetoface or in a call/contact centre environment, is essential.
  • Strong IT skills, including proficiency in MS Outlook, Word, and Excel, are essential.
  • Facilities management (FM)/property experience is desirable.
  • Knowledge of other MS Office packages such as PowerPoint, Access, and Visio is desirable.
  • Familiarity with current CSC operating systems and room and desk booking systems is advantageous.
  • General understanding of companywide processes is preferred.
