BTG Accountancy & Finance is working with a growing and dynamic business based in derby.
The business has almost doubled in size in the past few years and will make further acquisitions this year.

As the management accountant, you will play a key role in helping them achieve their business objectives by providing timely and accurate financial analysis, insights, and reporting.

Key Responsibilities:

Prepare and maintain monthly management accounts, including profit and loss statements, balance sheets and cash flow statements
Provide accurate financial reporting and analysis to support business decisionmaking and planning
Work with budget holders across the business to manage budgets and forecast future financial performance
Develop and maintain financial models to support business planning and investment decisions
Identify and communicate financial risks and opportunities to senior management, providing recommendations for action where appropriate
Collaborate with other teams within the business to ensure accurate financial reporting and compliance with regulatory requirements
Manage the daytoday financial operations of the business, including cash flow management, credit control, and invoicing
