A top 200 law firm are recruiting for a solicitor/legal executive to join their residential property team in Oxted, Surrey.

The firm is one of the most highly-regarded in the South and holds both Lexcel and silver Investors in People accreditations.

The rolewill see you fee-earning with a mixed client base (including ultra high net-worth). The workload will also be mixed, including Wills, Probate, Court of Protection, Tax, Estate Administration, etc. You may also be required to aid in the business development/marketingof the department.

To be successful in your application, you will:

Be a qualified solicitor or legal executive with (ideally) at least 3 years of post qualified experience. However, less experienced candidates will also be considered.
Be passionate andhave a good understanding of private client law.
