- Working for a highly respected machining organisation that supply high precision, very low volume and oneoff products into the Motorsport, Automotive and Aerospace industries.
Duties of Cylindrical Grinder
- Cylindrical/Surface/Form/Gear/Universal Grinding.
- Read machining instructions or work plans to determine machine settings.
- Use indicator, micro meter, and other standard and special precision inspection equipment to set up, adjust and check dimensions.
- Jones and Shipman Suprema Easy grinding machines.
- Very Close tolerances.
- Oneoff and very small batch work.
