Do you have mortgage broker experience, and are you seeking a new job in London? Podium Recruitment is helping a finance brokerage find a full-time Senior Secured Loan Advisor in London, and the role comes with a salary of up to £50k p/a.


As a flexible Senior Secured Loan Advisor, you will arrange and provide the most appropriate second charge mortgage and secured loan solutions for clients.

To give you an idea of how this flexible role would look and feel, here are some of the things you could expect to do:

  • Help to encourage the introduction of a secured loan division
  • Liaise with and expand the firm's panel of lenders and assist case managers to aid case progression
  • Maintain expert knowledge of the secured lending landscape and trends and be able to convey that expertise to clients
  • Update and analyse performance and present findings internally to improve operations and marketing.
To apply, you will need 5+ years of experience brokering and structuring deals within the mortgage sector.


The following are also required:

  • CF1, full/part CeMAP qualification
  • Previous experience leading a team or as a senior broker (desirable)
  • Great verbal and written communication skills.


In return for your knowledge and expertise, you will receive a salary of £35-£50,000 and benefits including bonus and open commission structure (OTE £100k+) and contributory pension scheme.
