We are seeking a dynamic and creative Social Media Assistant to join our team and work across multiple social media platforms for a well-known dermal filler brand.
As a Social Media Assistant, you will play a key role in creating engaging content, managing social media accounts, and driving brand awareness through various social media platforms.
Responsibilities:
- Create and curate engaging content for social media platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, and LinkedIn.
- Manage and monitor social media accounts, including scheduling posts, responding to comments and messages, and analyzing performance metrics.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement social media strategies to drive brand awareness and engagement.
- Stay uptodate with industry trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for social media campaigns.
- Assist in the planning and execution of social media contests, promotions, and other marketing initiatives.
- Monitor and respond to customer inquiries and comments on social media in a timely and professional manner.
Required Skills:
- Strong proficiency in social media platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, and LinkedIn.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with an eye for detail.
- Ability to create engaging and compelling content that resonates with the target audience.
- Familiarity with social media analytics and tools to measure performance.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fastpaced environment.
- Knowledge of dermal fillers and the aesthetics industry is an advantage.
