    About the Job

    We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Java Developer to join our team. As a key member of our software engineering team, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and delivering high-quality software solutions using Java.

    The ideal candidate will have a strong background in full-stack Java development, with experience in successful delivery of high-quality incremental software releases. You will also have commercial experience with AWS, as well as experience writing tests for existing and new code to ensure compatibility and stability.

    In this role, you will work closely with cross-functional teams to develop, test, and deploy software applications. You will be expected to participate in occasional client site integrations, demos, training, and business development activities.

    To be successful in this role, you will need to have excellent problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. You will also need to be able to communicate complex technical information to non-technical stakeholders.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Design, develop, and deliver high-quality software solutions using Java.
    • Develop and maintain automated tests to ensure software quality and reliability.
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize project requirements.
    • Participate in code reviews to ensure adherence to coding standards and best practices.

    Requirements

    • At least 4 years of professional software development experience using Java.
    • Commercial experience with AWS.
    • Experience writing tests for existing and new code to ensure compatibility and stability.
    • Excellent problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
    • Ability to communicate complex technical information to non-technical stakeholders.
