Care Assistant role to join our welcoming friendly and committed team at Cerys Newydd nursing home situated on the bank of the Menai Straits, Bangor.

As Care Assistant you'll work along us in our continued efforts to make life better for our residents.

What you'll be doing:

Respecting resident's rights of choice, privacy and dignity.
Supporting residents to remain as active as possible who have limited mobility or physical difficulties.
Supporting residents with personal care and mealtimes.
Work as part of a team to promote key, consistent and effective working.
Completing daily records using our care planning system to improve the personalisation and quality of care delivery for our residents.
