The business provides a full rangeof communications solutions from creative assets and branded programs to exhibitions, leadership meetings and both analog and digital communication platforms.

Last year over 1,000 people worked on projects with us, covering strategy, creative concept writing,campaign development and execution in print, web, video, art and graphics.

The company is going through a significant expansion phase with a corporate rebrand and several new team members joining in the coming months.

Projects vary and include product launches, leadership summits, award ceremonies, and internal comms events. Our successful Senior Event Producer, or Executive Producer will need to have around 10 years' experience in producing events.

The Facilitator will coordinate, facilitate, and document various collaborative events with our clients including communications strategy and design co-creation workshops to generate options and clarity for our clients.

This experienced design specialistwill collaborate with internal and external teams to execute masterful engagements from project scope to final synthesized delivery.

The core functional benefit of this role is the ability to expand offering and help add clarity to the front-end of incomingprojects.


The work includes facilitating cross-functional groups through modular session material customized to drive to a desired output as scoped with the client.

We want someone with a passion for communication and design, a desire to constantly learn new thingsand ability to quickly understand complex business challenges.

You'll be a thoughtful thinker, collaborative problem solver, and have a clear capacity for strategic thinking - translating complex business topics into clear and impactfully narratives.

You will ideally be experienced in working within a fast-paced design environment, and a great communicator all around. You will also need to possess the ability to quickly assess and make decisions to deliver the best outcome.

This role requires someonewith significant ability to influence and drive progress beyond their span of control, getting the best out of cross-functional teams as a partner leader.


This role will report to and work closely with the Studio Operations Director and will be tasked from time to time with facilitating internal groups through a broad range of overall process improvement initiatives.


Key Responsibilities

  • Work directly with the design studio team, leadership, and external client executives to deliver bestinclass sessions both virtually and inperson.
  • Translate business and communication objectives into session scope and facilitate leadership discussions to lead to a desired outcome.
  • Oversee project scoping and delivery and lead session methodology, analysis, recommendations, and relationship management with crossfunctional teams.
  • Synthesize ideas and observations into a set of specific recommendations.
  • Partner with executive leaders to advance Design and Production capabilities.
  • Be an communication leader and spokesperson for exceptional communication on behalf of the company.
  • Collaborate with the design studio director to set and execute the strategic direction and priorities for the company's communication facilitation capability.
  • Foster ongoing collaborative working relationships with producer team and external clients.

Skills and Experience

  • 5 years+ of relevant facilitation experience based in organizational development, design, or innovation management
  • Mastery in delivering modular innovation programming within a defined pedagogy.
  • Excellent ability to lead nonreporting teams toward a desired outcome with very mínimal direction.
  • Experience with Design Thinking or other User Centric Design methodology.
  • Expansive knowledge of business acumen and the role our communication objectives play in achieving business outcomes.
  • Ability to artfully stimulate and culturalise design thinking, human centred design, and innovation mindsets and behaviours.
  • Exceptional communication, facilitation and relationship building skills.
  • Deep emotional intelligence and innate empathic awareness with strong servant leadership qualities.
