Salary:
£22,000 - £23,000


Role of Hospital Administrator

  • Answering inbound calls re appointments and general enquiries
  • Rescheduling and amending appointments
  • Overseeing the closure of consultations
  • Making up cosmetic consultation packs ahead of coordinator clinics
  • Collating and making up patient files, maintaining a filing system of completed consultations and upcoming operations; Booking forms, notes and checklists
  • Taking payments and recording on the system when patients ring into the department
  • Checking meeting requests and ensuring all ops are booked 2 weeks in advance
  • Providing Front of House cover when required
  • Adhoc duties such as confirming appointments if required, overflow call handling, booking consultations etc.

Requirements of Hospital Administrator:


  • Excellent interpersonal & customer service skills
  • Excellent communication skills (written & verbal)
  • Strong organisational and planning skills
  • Computer literate with good working knowledge of all MS Office (Word, Excel & Outlook)

Job Types:
Full-time, Permanent


Salary:
£22,000.00-£23,000.00 per year
