Hours of work:
Full time (4 days would be considered),
100% office based

Kameo Recruitment is partnering with a highly reputable and creative agency in Cambridge to recruit a confident and proactive
Office & Finance Administrator.

You will have responsibility and ownership for the operational day-to-day requirements of the office alongside providing an accurate and well-organised finance administration function.

Duties & Responsibilities

  • Looking after client meetings, ensuring the office has everything it needs, organising travel and liaising with building facilities.
  • Various aspects of daytoday financial administration including invoices, daily reconciliation of bank accounts, maintaining administration of Xero, credit control activities and monitoring of staff timesheets.
  • You'll also be involved with monthly financial administration tasks as well as providing administration support to the team and daytoday ownership of maintenance of ISO accreditations.
  • Organising staff anniversaries, functions and the small touches around the office that ensure staff feel it is a fun, efficient and supportive environment to work in.
  • Maintaining an accurate and uptodate work in progress list to review with the Finance Lead weekly.

Requirements for this role

  • Previous experience looking after office functions within a small business
  • Proven finance administration and confidence in learning new systems and emerging technology
  • Be confident and able to communicate effectively
  • Good working knowledge of Microsoft office, particularly Excel.
  • Good numerical skills.
  • Proactive selfstarter with a positive attitude to work.
  • Ability to plan, prioritise and execute on a varied workload independently, but seek help and guidance as needed
  • Detail oriented, with excellent problem solving skills and the ability to work independently.
