Overview:
Prodapt is seeking for a Project Coordinator to join our team. The coordinator should have good experience in Project management, organizational, Problem solving and analytical skills. The role will be based in London, The UK.
Responsibilities:
- Roles and Responsibilities Coordinate the project deliveries with customer.
- Facilitate project meetings and provide status updates to stakeholders.
- Ensure project requirements are clearly defined and documented.
- Create and maintain project schedules and timelines.
- Monitor project progress and identify potential issues or risks.
- Ensure that project deliverables are completed on time and within budget.
- Obtain required approvals of project deliverables.
- Develop and maintain project documentation, project plans, status reports, and meeting minutes.
- Collaborate with other teams to ensure that project dependencies are identified and managed.
- Identify and escalate project issues to the appropriate stakeholders.
- Ensure that projects are delivered to the clients satisfaction.
- Continuously improve project delivery processes and procedures.
- Adhere to the customer Delivery process for all project activities.
Maintain, publish, and distribute comprehensive project documentation and project control files used to manage the project team (internal and external) progress reviews.
Requirements:
Key Skills:
- Bachelor s degree or equivalent experience.
- Good years related experience.
- Knowledge of project management methodology and tools including software.
- Strong oral and written communication skills.
- Project management and organizational skills.
- Problem solving and analytical skills.
- Leadership skills.
- Ability to travel.
